Paying Your Library Fines

Do you have library fines or replacement fees? If so, you may have a hold on your record that prevents you from registering or requesting transcripts. You can pay online. Alternatively, you can pay at the Bursar's Office (Building 10 of the Dayton campus, or at the front desk at any regional center location).

How to pay your bill:

  1. Know how much you owe the Library. The Library sends you email and paper copies of all bills. You can also log into My Library Account to check your balance. (Don't forget to log out!)
  2. Go to the Bursar's Office Payment for Non-Tuition Items site.
  3. Select Library Fees.
  4. Enter the information as instructed.

Things to keep in mind:

  • The fines/fees will show on your "My Library Account" page until the next business day.
  • The hold on your account preventing you from registering or requesting transcripts will be removed the next business day.
  • In some cases, the library will accept a replacement copy of the book in lieu of a cash payment. Please email ask@sinclair.libanswers.com or call the Library at (937) 512-3007 for more information.
